REFUND POLICY

Inka Productions SAC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases on InkaSex.

1. Subscriptions and Cancellations

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may request the cancellation of all future recurring charges at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used subscriptions. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our content, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been used. However, Inka Productions SAC reserves the right to grant a refund or credit at its sole discretion. A decision to refund a charge does not imply an obligation to issue additional future refunds. If a refund is issued for any reason, it will be credited exclusively to the original payment method used in the transaction. We do not issue refunds by cash, check, or other alternative mechanisms.

3. Billing Descriptor & Chargebacks

If you do not recognize a charge or have an issue, please contact our support team first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from our services.
