SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Inka Productions SAC (a company incorporated under the laws of Peru, located at Av. Padre urraca 121 torre 10 dpto 603, Lima - 15087 Peru, hereinafter "INKA PRODUCTIONS", "we", or "us") and the individual or legal entity registering for our services (hereinafter the "SUBSCRIBER" or "you").
1. Object of the Terms and Conditions
This agreement establishes the terms for the provision of products and/or services contracted by the SUBSCRIBER via subscription. Detailed information is available on our website at https://www.inkasex.com.
2. Subscriber Code
INKA PRODUCTIONS will grant the SUBSCRIBER a personal, non-transferable Subscriber Code for identification with our Customer Service. This code is provided upon order confirmation.
3. Delivery
Access to or delivery of the Products/Services will begin immediately upon confirmation of the contract and payment.
4. Contracting, Prices, and Payment Methods
Subscriptions must be contracted through the INKA PRODUCTIONS website, where all available Subscription Plans and specific conditions are detailed. By subscribing, you guarantee that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Payments must correspond to the selected Plan. To protect your privacy, charges will be processed securely and will appear discreetly as *vtsup.com*NBS Group * on your cardholder statement.
5. Database and Privacy
Upon subscribing, your data will be added to the INKA PRODUCTIONS database. We ensure the strict confidentiality of your registration data in accordance with applicable laws. We do not share personal details with third parties unrelated to the provision of services.

7. Term and Renewal Procedure
This agreement is valid for the subscription cycle chosen at checkout. The contract renews automatically for successive periods of equal length. You may cancel the automatic renewal at any time through your customer area or by emailing Customer Service.
8. Cancellation and Refund
The SUBSCRIBER may cancel the automatic renewal at any time. In the event of cancellation during a pre-paid cycle, no proportional refunds will be provided, and services will remain active until the end of the paid term. Refunds are only considered if requested within 7 (seven) days after the initial charge.
9. Termination and Changes
This agreement may be terminated in the event of a contractual breach, such as failure to pay the required amounts. Any changes to these Terms that result in a financial burden to the SUBSCRIBER will be communicated in advance.
10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Peru. The SUBSCRIBER reserves the right to recourse to the courts of their place of residence for any disputes.
