THE Roomate
Evita, alone at home and missing her boyfriend, decides to visit him at his apartment. Upon arrival, her boyfriend's roommate opens the door for her after getting out of the shower and informs her that he has gone out and is not answering her calls. While waiting for him, Evita takes a shower and, upon entering her boyfriend's room, she finds a letter where he confesses that, although he enjoyed their time together, he cannot continue with her. He assures her that he will always carry her in his heart, but that they will never see each other again.
Stricken by the letter, Evita begins to cry uncontrollably. The roommate, upon hearing her, enters the room worried and tries to console her. Moved by her vulnerability, he decides to give her space, but prepares a small toast in the living room, with a gift and some snacks, so they can celebrate their new singleness. The atmosphere changes when Evita, still sensitive, becomes intrigued by him and begins to wonder if there could be something more between them.
