I would have liked to have seen vaginal penetration also, and there should have been more foreplay, primarily some oral before anal. He should have lathered up her butthole with saliva by performing some enthusiastic anilingus. Since she was supposed to be innocent, the anilingus should've tickled some at first, as is usual with someone inexperienced; I would have loved to have seen that reaction!
